Work Products and Documents
Work Products and Documents helps you to link documents to relevant Activity or WBS. To create a Work Products and Document you can open a Project and select the “WP & Docs” button found on the Directory bar. Once you are in the WP & Docs window you can create a new document record by

To create a Work Products and Document you can open a Project and select the “WP & Docs” button found on the Directory bar.
Once you are in the WP & Docs window you can create a new document record by clicking Add in the Command Bar. You can add of the relevant data in the WP & Docs details found below.

In the Description tab, you can add the description regarding the document.

In the Files tab you will find that there is a Public Location and a Private Location

After you have selected the document, you can now link the Document to an Actitivy or WBS by going to the Assignments tab.
Now you can go to the Acitivies winidow and select the WP&Docs tab in Activity details and select details and a pop up will appear were you can click on Launch to view the document.
