WBS or the Work Breakdown Structure is created to break your Prject into logical pieces for the purpose of grouping, sorting and many other features in Primavera. Especially when you use any Tools in Primavera, you will encounter on how important a WBS can be. It is inside these WBS that Activities are created and

It is inside these WBS that Activities are created and the root level of the WBS will always be your Project ID and name.

Creating a WBS structure is easy. Click Add as shown below and a WBS Code will be created.

You can create unlimited number of WBS codes. You can rename them by just double clicking on the row.

As you can see, the new WBS code is always one level below the other. To manipulate the structure, you can use the indent keys on your right to move it up, down, right or left.
