Change:	Database upgraded from 5.0 to 6.1
Cause:	User opens timesheets. A new row is being added to the RSRCHOUR table (rsrc_hr_id 30475714) with the value from the TASKRSRC (taskrsrc_id 1420918) The row in the TASKRSRC table (taskrsrc_id 1420918) is maked to be deleted.
Fix:	Manually Pruge deletes and make sure the backgroud jobs are running. How to manually run PURGE DELETES via scripts
