Shrinking of Vertical bars

Ever wondered why the vertical bars look thick and it actually takes up to half your page when you make a print out?

The solution is simple, you can go to the Group and Sort and check the “Shrink vertical bar” option.

Sorting

Sorting an Acticity, WBS or EPS is easy. Just go to your respecting bar and click on them to make them arrange in Ascending order or Descending order.

Filters

Filters help you focus on a specific set of information based on the parameters you set.

There are three typesd of Filters in Primavera;

1) Default: The Filters that comes with the installtion, They can neither be deleted or be modified.

2) Global: Filters that are created by you and made available to the rest of the users.

3) User Defined: Filters that are created by you and your own use only.

To create a new Filter, just go to the right hand side of the box and click new. For if you wish to see Activities under a paticular Activity code it would look like this;

Note: The above said features can be saved a part of a layout. So you do not need to apply it every time.
