Claim Digger is used if you wish to compare your project with another project like your original project plan with your revised project plan. It can be found under the Menu, select “Tools” and go way down to “Claim Digger” and click it. A dialog box will pop up which looks something like this. You

Claim Digger is used if you wish to compare your project with another project like your original project plan with your revised project plan.

It can be found under the Menu, select “Tools” and go way down to “Claim Digger” and click it. A dialog box will pop up which looks something like this.

You can select your Original Project Plan and your Revised Project Plan in the columns show;

Once you have selected the two projects to be compared, you can click on the Advanced option to select what are the exact criteria do you wish to compare your project with.
