Portfolio

Portfolios in Primavera P6 helps you group your projects based on certain criteria. Similar to an EPS or a WBS, Portfolios also enable you to mask project which do not belong to the Portfolio group as well.
To go to Portolios, you can go to Enterprise, select Project Portfolios.

Exporting and Importing Project Information

As you know Primavera P6 is not a File based system, you need to export Project files if you wish to share your project with someone not in your network via email or other electronic delivery system. Export a Project file is simple and the exported file is a compressed file of all you project
